Doors

Folding Doors
A folding door is a type of door which opens by folding back in sections or so-called panels. Folding doors are also known as ‘bi-fold doors’, in spite of them most often having more than two panels. Another term is ‘concertina’ doors, inspired by the musical instrument of the same name.

French Doors
French doors are a type of patio door that are hinged on the side and swings open and closed. Also known as a hinged patio door, French doors got their name after first appearing in France. French patio doors allow an abundance of natural light into your home and typically feature stylish grilles
Pocket Doors
When considering whether to install a pocket door versus a regular door, it’s important to understand the differences between the two. A pocket door differs from a standard hinged door that opens by swinging back and forth. Instead, a pocket door slides, via rollers on an overhead track, into a “pocket” in the wall on either side of it.

Pivot Doors
Pivot doors literally hinge from the bottom and top of a door instead of on the side. They are popular due to the design element of how they open. In the past, pivot hinges were used for bigger doors, but now, we can make doors up to 1500mm wide on specially designed 3D heavy duty hinges too
